Royal Nutz Poker Club is a social casino poker game that was originally developed by Zynga in Sugartown Web 3 Gaming platform. D20 Labs, the original web3 development team for Sugartown, now owns the game.
I originally started as a game artist here then in the production team, managed sprints and task allocation for multidisciplinary teams. Coordinated with leads and ensured timely delivery for multiple minigames (NGMI, ATH, Sugartown Poker). Oversaw communication with clients, team alignment, and product launch preparations. Contributed to the successful release of two Sugartown Poker iterations and the planning of upcoming versions.
