During my latest role, I had the opportunity to work as an asset artist for NGMI scenes on Zynga's Sugartown platform. This project marked Zynga's venture into blockchain gaming with Sugartown, where players could explore an alternative dimension and unlock free mini-games with Ora NFTs.
Beyond my artistic contributions, I played a pivotal role in process improvement. I meticulously documented art processes, standardizing and optimizing our workflows. Additionally, I organized and coordinated tasks to enhance our workflow pipeline, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
I also prioritized client communication, collaborating closely to ensure the quality of upcoming scenes and proactively addressing feedback and requirements.
Furthermore, I facilitated communication between development teams, optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth asset delivery and implementation in the game. This experience strengthened my project management skills and ability to thrive in collaborative, dynamic environments.
