Kaizen | NFT Collection & MOBA Concept Art
At Kaizen, I contributed as a Game Artist, creating props for NFTs and designing concepts for different areas of the MOBA map. Beyond that artistic role, I played a key part in improving the development pipeline by establishing a structured naming system for the NFT engine and file management, ensuring a more efficient workflow for the team.

This organization system streamlined asset integration and development, optimizing the process of generating NFT variations. My work helped maintain consistency across the collection while supporting a smoother production pipeline.

Kaizen was an ambitious project developed by WAYPOINT Games, leveraging Unity as its core platform. The game integrated cutting-edge technologies such as Photon Fusion, Unity Game Services, Unity URP, Tencent Cloud, TypeScript, Express, MongoDB, React, and Redux, seamlessly incorporating blockchain for player ownership and in-game asset exchange.
Despite the team's efforts, Kaizen was ultimately canceled before its full release.
